Many of the people I work with appear capable on the outside but deal with a lot internally. Therapy is a place to slow things down and understand the patterns and relationships that shape how you move through the world.

Overthinking and Emotional Loops

You may notice yourself replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or getting pulled into the same emotional loops. We look at how those patterns formed and assess how to move forward differently.

Perfectionism and Internal Pressure

Competence can start to feel like identity. Resting, asking for help, or doing less can seem dangerous. We look at the rules that drive you. The goal isn’t to lose your ambition, but to loosen the pressure underneath it.

Relationships (Anxiety and Avoidance)

You might want closeness but back away when it arrives, or feel safest in independence even while wishing connection felt easier. We explore how you learned to relate and what it’s like to build relationships that feel less tense and more mutual.

Identity and Self-Understanding

Changes in work, family, or relationships can stir questions about who you are and what you want. We trace the emotional history that shaped you, then work toward a steadier sense of self.
